Italian closed-end real estate alternative investment Fund reserved to professional investors, with the scope to invest its capital resources in real estate properties (mainly office and telephone exchange use) and in shareholdings in real estate companies. As of today the Fund is composed of 2 assets located in Central Italy (Rome and Perugia).
